Bottega family has been involved in the art of distillation for 3 generations and in winemaking for 4 centuries. Gin Bottega is made with craft care, starting from Italian raw materials. The herbs used are juniper from Tuscany, sage from the Veneto countryside, lemons from Sicily. One of the main features is the simplicity, compared to other gins in which a large number of herbs are combined to the detriment of quality. The liquid is then diluted with pure water from the Italian Alps, further demineralized from the last few residues. The final filtration takes place at a temperature of 0 ° C to guarantee the preservation of the aromatic characteristics. Totally sugar-free, it is naturally very smooth thanks to its characteristics.
