The Dalmore Seasons China 2019 is a collection of special expressions, exclusively available in China. Each expression has been expertly created by Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, to evoke the spirit of each season. This exclusive Spring expression is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, which gift a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The precious liquid is then carefully transferred to hand-selected sweet Malmsey Madeira wine barrels, expertly chosen by Richard Paterson to represent the awakening of Spring. Aroma: Vanilla custard, pear and toffee apple. Palate: Praline chocolate, ginseng and fig cake. Finish: Maple syrup and sweet peaches.
