The Dalmore Seasons China 2019 is a collection of special expressions, exclusively available in China. Each expression has been expertly created by Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, to evoke the spirit of each season. This exclusive Summer expression is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, which gift a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The precious liquid is then carefully transferred to hand-selected oloroso sherry casks, creating a remarkable whisky that evokes the flavours and brightness of summer. Aroma: Crushed almonds, coffee panna cotta and gooseberries. Palate: Caramel toffee, fresh pineapple and dried candied orange. Finish: Freshly baked bread with honey and cinnamon.
