The Dalmore Seasons China 2019 is a collection of special expressions, exclusively available in China. Each expression has been expertly created by Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, to evoke the spirit of each season. This enchanting Winter expression is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, which gift a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The precious liquid is then carefully transferred to hand selected Gonzalez Byass sherry casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry, where it slowly matures for an extended period of time. Aroma: Seville oranges, vanilla and freshly brewed coffee. Palate: Banana cake, poached fruits and coconut. Finish: Luxurious dark chocolate, cinnamon and fig.
